Custom Items
Printed, Numbered, or Embroidered Items
Worn Items
Close-out items
Altered Items
Items returned WITHOUT a return authorization

All our products are guaranteed against factory defects and workmanship and some balls and goals have anywhere from a 1 year to a 5 year guarantee, which will be listed along with each product. Any guaranteed product can be returned anytime during its guarantee, provided it is defective, as per its guarantee and a return authorization is first obtained. Damaged items may be replaced or repaired at the sole option of the manufacturer or thegoalbox.com.

Mis-shipped items & Clothing defects must be reported to us within 5 days from receipt.
So please take time to immediately and carefully inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, & styles you received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer's defects.

Return Policy:
Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned for refund within 5 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 20% retocking fee, Less actual shipping charges. if you bought something with free shipping the actual shipping cost will be deducted.

If you are not familiar with a item or sizes, we suggest that you compare products at your local sporting goods store, before you purchase on-line.

Returning Shoes: The shoe box itself CAN NOT be used as a return shipping box, as it gets damaged and makes it necessary to replace the box, which is expensive. Shoe boxes MUST be packed inside another box or an $8.00 or 20% (whichever is larger) re-packaging fee will be deducted from any refund due.

Exchange policy:
Most Brands will allow you to exchange unused items for the same quantity or Dollar amount of like items within 5 days of receipt. However you will be required to pay the return postage of the items back to us and the shipping of the new items from us, to you and some brands may charge a restocking fee.

When returning items, please send them via UPS or insured parcel post, we are not responsible for returned items which we do not receive. Do not return any item without first emailing us at: RMA@thegoalbox.com to obtain a Return Authorization "RA", otherwise you may not receive credit for the item you returned.

Transactions:
All transactions are completed on our Paypal.com. In secure mode, your computer and our server begin communicating, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format. The encryption features of browser software are exceptionally powerful and ensure the security of this data as it is transmitted to our server. When Using Paypal you do not need to be a paypal user, just click on the button that will take you to a page to enter your credit card information.

When Ordering:
The only information we require to process an order is the following:
Your name
Your credit card number
The expiration date
The billing address of the credit card (for security purposes)
A shipping address (if different from billing address)
And your phone number so that we can contact with any questions concerning your order.

United States Shipping Information:
Shipping is free on selected items or $3.99 for standard shipping and $7.99 for rush shipping. We Ship United States Postal Service Priority or UPS Ground. Most items will be shipped the following day from when order was placed. Some items are shipped from our warehouse via UPS Ground which is a 5-7 day delivery.

Canada Shipping Information:
Free shipping on selected items does not apply for Canadian orders. All Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $12.00. Items will ship via AIRMAIL.
We ship only to the USA and Canada. No International shipping available at this time.
